THE grandmother who lost her life in a road accident in north Cork — in which her two-year-old granddaughter survived — is to be laid to rest later this week.
The removal of Margaret Rea-O-Brien-Lees, aged 64, from Millbrook, Mallow, is to take place tomorrow at O’Connell’s Funeral Home, St James’s Avenue, Mallow, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Wednesday at noon at the Church of the Resurrection in the town with the funeral afterwards going to St Gobnait’s Cemetery.
