A Dublin boxing club which counts Olympian Darren O'Neill as a member, has secured a High Court order allowing it back into its premises.
Trinity Boys Boxing Club was locked out of the Hole in the Wall, Donaghmede building last week by landlord Trinity Sports and Leisure Club, over a row about their license to use the gym.
The court heard they were barred on August 14 for alleged gross misconduct, over a claim that a letter to the Irish Amateur Boxing Association about funding was a forgery.
Ms Justice Mary Laffoy has found there is compelling evidence that the letter is not a forgery.
She noted boxing is very much in the news as she granted a temporary order allowing the boxing club into the premises until a full court hearing.
However she added that she hoped the parties can resolve the dispute outside of court.
