JOHN COUGHLAN.

                                            Na Piarsaigh               3-15

                                            Carrigaline                  1-8

Na Piarsaigh qualified for a Rebel Og Premier 1 Minor hurling championship semi final meeting with Blackrock after disposing of Carrigaline with relative ease at CIT last night.

Many talking points as the final scoreline epitomised the gap between the sides but for long periods the winners struggled against a side that could only muster up 1-1 from play.

The main problem for Na Piarsaigh was outside missing two first half penalties they failed to turn possession into scores that kept their opponents in the game up to thethree quarter stage.

Scorers for Na Piarsaigh: R Hannifin 2-2, R Lynch 0-7 (0-4f), S Warren 1-2, C O’Connor 0-2, D Morrissey 0-2.

                       Carrigaline: J De Puis 0-7 (f), P Mullane 1-0, S McGuire 0-1.
