THERE was no need for a Poker Face as Lady Gaga, turned the moment gold on stage chose not to disguise her love for Barry’s Tea at her Dublin concert on Sunday night.
At the Aviva in Dublin, Gaga thrilled her Irish fans by showing off a specially created bespoke box of Barry’s Tea, called ‘Gaga’s Tea’.
Just like thousands of Cork people who have Barry’s in the blood, Lady Gaga showed she was also Born This Way by declaring Barry’s as her cuppa of choice in Ireland.
The box of Gaga’s Tea was created by Barry’s Tea especially for Lady Gaga and her thirsty diehard fans of #CampGagaDublin, who had been queuing for days in advance of the concert to gain access to the front of the pit.
Barry’s decided that all that queuing could be chilly work, so sent specially made  ‘Gaga’s Tea’ to the dedicated fans.
Showing off her personalised box of tea during her concert, Lady Gaga proved the love affair between her and Barry’s Tea was anything but a Bad Romance.
She invited her Little Monsters to join her backstage for a cup of tea and complemented the Irish tea blender by declaring: “Ireland knows good tea.”
Camille O’Flanagan of Barry’s Tea said: “We knew Lady Gaga was a huge tea fan and when we heard some of her Irish fans were queuing days in advance, we just had to send them a custom ‘Gaga’s Tea’ box. However we never imagined that Lady Gaga herself would actually hold the box on stage.”
