Rebels must beat Déise for a second time

CORK will face Waterford in the All-Ireland senior hurling semi-final on Sunday, August 13 in Croke Park.

The minors take on Dublin, the Leinster runners-up who bounced back with a win over Antrim this weekend, on the same day as the seniors on Jones Road in the curtain-raiser in their own All-Ireland semi-final.

Kieran Kingston's Cork will have a tough task trying to beat the Déise for the second time in this year's championship.

Cork defeated Waterford at Thurles in June, but the trip to Croker could be a different story, with both sides now very familiar with what the other will bring to the table.

The other semi-final sees Galway against Tipperary, with the Tribe meeting Kilkenny in the minor semi-final.
