What happened to the family notices?
Family notices on this website are now a subscription service.

How can I subscribe?
Access to the family announcements page is still available quickly and globally through the purchase of an access token (PIN) from Dao Pay, with one purchase funding a full 30 days of access. Alternatively, you can purchase one year of access through Paypal.

How much does it cost?
It costs €5 for 30 days, approximately. The exact rate charged is dependent on your telephone operator, the premium codes available in your country, and currency fluctuations - NOTE: There are NO extra call/sms charges.

How can I Pay?
Monthly payments are handled by DaoPay, where you can pay by dialling a number or by sending an sms. Full details are on the payment page - NOTE: The SMS payment option is currently not supported in some countries, including the USA.
Yearly payments are handled by Paypal, where you can pay by using your credit card, visa debit cards or 3V prepaid vouchers. Full details are on the payment page. NOTE: Paypal does not accept payments by Laser.

How can I tell whether I paid with Dao Pay or Paypal?
If you used a credit card to pay, you will have an email receipt from Paypal. If you used a phone line or text to pay, you will have been issued a PIN.

I forgot to write down my pin?
Please contact DaoPay's helpdesk for assistance.

How often can I use my pin to login?
Each PIN has been given the ability to log in sufficient times to provide 30 days of service. There is no limit to the number of times you can log in within that period.

I have bought a PIN on a different site, can I use it here?
This is not possible at this time: each publication's pins are not shared.

What is the difference between an order number and a PIN?
An Order Number is the number that you use to identify yourself to Dao Pay. If you chose the phone payment options it looks like this: 12345#, If you pay by SMS it looks like this: DP 12345
A PIN is the password that you use to access the site: it looks like this: ascdefghij

I forgot to write down my Dao Pay PIN:
Please contact Dao Pay's helpdesk for assistance: they will be unable to help you if you have not recorded your order number, so keep a careful note of that. If you have purchased a PIN for another site it will not work on this site.

Dao Pay do not have a suitable option in my country?
While Dao Pay have a very broad range of options available for payment for people to pay for the service, differences in telecommunications and regulatory regimes around the world mean that some combinations of prices and services are not available. As things change, Dao Pay are constantly working to update their service.

I cannot dial the Dao Pay number?
As this is a premium rate call, you should secure the bill payer's permission before continuing. Your switchboard/mobile phone plan may prevent you from making premium rate calls. Please use another phone or the paypal option.

Can I share my PIN?
The PIN is intended for personal use only.

I don't have a paypal account/I don't want to join paypal
You do not need to be a member of paypal in order to pay for yearly access. Just look for the option where it  says "Don't have a PayPal account?" and follow the link underneath that in order to pay using your credit card.

I've paid by paypal, how do I get access?
After you paid by paypal, you should receive an email telling you that you can now logon using the email that you entered in the paypal form. Sometimes this email may end up in your spam/junk email folder. If you cannot find this email, just remember to use the email that you used with paypal to logon. Failing that, please contact the helpdesk.

I have forgottten the email that I used with Paypal.
Please contact the helpdesk with your paypal order number and we will be able to assist (during normal working hours).

Can I pay by cheque?
We do not offer this facility.

Can I access the archived notices?
Only the current day's notices are available on the web at present. 30 days of archives will be made available on the web in the coming weeks.
