 Developer mounts legal challenge to NAMA loans transfer 7/7/2010 - 7:27:15 AM The owner of the Jervis St Shopping Centre in Dublin is taking legal action against NAMA. Paddy McKillen is trying to prevent the transfer of loans and those of his business from Bank of Ireland and Anglo Irish Bank to NAMA. According to reports, he is claiming their transfer would have a negative effect on his business. |
